How do I start my subscription?

OPTION 1:

Click “sign-in” at the top of any page, then click “create an account”.
Enter your info then hit “submit”.
Before adding a JoySol product to your cart, select “subscribe & save” and the “frequency.”

OPTION 2: Create an account with a password when you complete your subscription order.

When is my order processed?

Your initial “subscribe & save” order will be processed within 1-5 business days of completing your order. Your orders will then continue to be placed based on the frequency you selected on the date you placed your first order.

How do I update or change my subscription payment method?

Just log into your JoySol account and click the "my credit cards" tab in the customer account view. Add, remove or update your credit card information. Then, click the “my product subscriptions” tab to connect your credit card to your subscription.

How do you ship?

All orders will ship by ground service for free.
